Sales reports show you sales as they happen, purchasing reports show you outgoing money as it is spent.
You can pull up a profit and loss report for any period and instantly see whether you are making a profit or a loss.
We recommend generating and saving PDFs of reports which you may require at the end of your accounting period. Some reports e.g Stock reports, don't have the option to choose a start and end date as they are calculated using your current data.
As previously mentioned Easify is designed to be as 'real world' as possible and our approach to representing financial information is to have financial information conform to the needs of the business, and not to have the business conform to financial requirements. Accounts in Easify strongly mirror real life accounts, in Easify a cashbox account represents a physical cashbox, a till account a real till.
