Auto Purchaser
Easify features an auto-purchasing system where items that need to be purchased to fulfil active orders can be automatically added to purchase orders.
Tick the Automatically purchase products using auto-purchaser checkbox to enable auto purchasing for newly created products.
Note: Enabling auto purchasing only enables it as the
default for newly created products. If you want to apply these setting to any existing
products you can click the button to the right as shown below:
You can override this setting on a per product basis in the Product Editor.
Automatic purchasing can also be applied on an individual line on an order.
And within an order you can use the Stock Control -> Enable Auto Purchase menu to enable auto-purchasing for an entire order.
Note: Auto purchasing does not apply to assemblies. This is because
assemblies are not purchased in, rather they are produced within your organisation.
