Your server is hosted in Microsoft Azure on one of our secure Cloud Servers which means you don’t need to worry about keeping your Easify Server PC up and running. If you have a computer failure all you need to do is install the Easify Pro Client Software on another PC which takes about 5 minutes and you’re back up and running.
Our Easify Cloud Servers have been running since 2016 with 100% uptime other than planned reboots for maintenance which happen overnight.
We also handle all the backups, maintenance to the Easify Server and future server updates for you.
With the Easify Cloud Server you still get to use the Windows Desktop based Easify Pro software, it is not a web browser based solution so you still get all the benefits of running a native Windows desktop application.

In Easify you can generate VAT returns based on the sales and purchases that you have recorded in Easify; including the ability to generate VAT returns based on existing data, so all of the Sales and Purchasing data you have already entered will be pretty much ready to go on your VAT return.
Returns can be submitted directly to HMRC by authorising Easify to connect to your HMRC account, or you can simply choose to complete your VAT return in Easify to export for further processing.

With Easify you have the facility to easily view and edit the status of every order on the system, you can track whether an order is at the quotation stage, whether it is in design, in test, being built, awaiting parts etc... etc...
Easify supports granular management of the status of a line item on an order, so for example you might have 5 widgets as a line on an order, Easify can track that (say) 1 is purchasing, 1 is on order, 2 are picking and 1 is delivered. This allows for managing part deliveries and to help you understand how many of an item is in stock and how much is on order.
The multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM) system enables you to build and manage complex assemblies. You can add an assembly to an order and Easify will automatically manage how many components need to be purchased, how many can be assembled and at the same time manage the stock levels of all related components.
Easify features an automated purchasing system, so that all you need to do is raise orders on the system and any required items will be automatically added to purchase orders for your review and approval.
Add and assign users to orders. If you run a service or production department, give each of your staff a copy of Easify and add them to Easify as users. You can then assign them to orders and they will see the orders they are involved with in their active jobs list. They will also receive email notifications when any internal notes are added to an order they are assigned to.
