Re: Help easify woo eCommerce plugin

It's most likely a problem reaching your Easify Server in your premises. Make sure your Easify Server is online and that the public IP hasn't changed.

Have a look at the troubleshooting guide here https://www.easify.co.uk/Help/ecommerce_woocommerce_plugin_troubleshooting

If you still can't get it to connect, enable logging in the plugin as described in the troubleshooting article, and email the log to support@easify.co.uk.

Best not to post the log to the forum in case it contains sensitive information.

Re: Help easify woo eCommerce plugin

Thanks Andy - got it.

The problem is that for some reason the Easify Plugin can't contact your Easify Server.

I would suggest stopping and starting your Easify Server using the Easify Server Manager, alternately reboot the PC that your Easify Server is running on.

it is also possible that the local IP address of your Easify Server PC has changed if it wasn't set to a static IP. Make sure that the port forwarding rule you setup on your router still forwards External Port 443 to Port 1234 on the local IP address of your Easify Server.

You will know when it is all talking again, as when you go to the Credentials page of the Easify Plugin it will give you a green tick instead of a red cross. The green tick means your Easify Server is reachable.

Re: Help easify woo eCommerce plugin

Hi Andy,

Usually it's pretty instant, unless there was a connection problem when the order was sent to your Easify Server, in which case we will re-try sending the order to your server every five minutes.

Nothing is showing as stuck in our queues, has the order made it through now?
