I recently had a small but difficult problem with submitting a VAT return through MTD with Easify
It was almost certainly a fault in the connection with HMRC
However Richard went through all the stages in solving the problem and resubmitting
I just want to put on record that this was undertaken diligently, swiftly and professionally.
