 Upgrade from v3 to v4 license not recognised

Upgrade from v3 to v4 license not recognised

Hi, after upgrading from v3 to v4 (paid for 2 x v4 upgrade licenses) it's asking to install license or continue evaluation. I have tried input the license key for v3 but it doesn't like it.

Any suggestions ?

You will receive your two V4 licenses via email, but they have to be manually generated in the case of upgrades and will be sent out tomorrow morning.

V3 keys can't be used with V4, however you can run V4 using the 30 day trial while you wait for the keys to come through.

Hi Richard, when attempting to apply a discount to an order total (in POS) we no longer seem to have this option, only the line total.
