Quickbooks Integration

Hi folks,

I have just bought Quickbooks Pro and currently have Easify on my till system but not the server based version. My question is, 'is there an easy way to integrate Easify and Quickbooks so they can run side by side?' In other words if I update something in Easify it updates in Quickbooks too. If this is not possible then would the server version work better for me and integrate easier with Quickbooks.

Hi Kerry,

Sorry for the delayed reply, somehow I missed your post first time around!

Because there are so many accounting packages out there, and that they are subject to change beyond our control we don't support directly integrating with any of them.

An EASU upgrade wouldn't help in this instance either I'm afraid.

The only way to do it would be to export your financial data to CSV and import it that way. A real-time live link would not be possible at the present time.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the reply I was beginning to wonder. I kind of guessed that this would be the case and I will play around with the CSV files and see how I get on.

You're welcome Kerry, and feel free to post back here with any problems or solutions you come across.

We're not aufait with using QuickBooks, but I'm sure others on the forum will have experience of what you're looking to achieve.
