Easify installer keeps telling you to restart computer...
Symptom: You are installing a first time install of Easify with Feature Pack 7 or later on a computer running Windows Server 2008 (Note this article does NOT apply to Server 2008 R2), you may find that when the Easify installer attempts to install Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express, you are prompted to reboot the computer. This repeats every time you reboot and attempt to install again, and you cannot install Easify.
Cause: This is caused by Microsoft Windows Updates for the .Net 4 framework being required.
Resolution: To resolve this issue, run Windows Update and install all critical and optional updates. Repeat until there are no more updates to install.
Now when you run Easify Setup, Microsoft SQL2012 will install correctly and you will no longer be repeatedly told to reboot your computer during Easify setup.
