In the current version you can export Customer data in an XML format, if mailchimp & capsule CRM support this data in XML then you are good to go. Otherwise you'll need to convert it to a format that they support, CSV is a very well supported type and we're planning on adding support for this in a future update.
Microsoft Word 2007 and above have the ability to read and convert the XML format into any other supported spread sheet format.

Thanks, It does need to be csv, so i will just convert.
