I have just started receiving CSV files from my suppliers and some of the are HUUUUUUUUGE!! I was wondering if their is a limit to the number of items I can have in the database?
My first 2 suppliers sent CSV's with 3000+ lines each, And I have another 10 waiting!

We have tested a products database up to 10,000 strong in the latest version and it handles it quite nicely.
Some Easify users have reported having 40,000+ products and customers in Easify with no issues.
I'd suggest backing up your database before importing anything, then see how Easify performs after you import the lot.
