Richard, when I run the daily sales report I get each sale listed, by invoice, not a total figure.

I would like to run the report for 1 month to show daily sales total per day not per invoice, per day. (Mark)

Hi Mark, yes - a possibility but not guaranteed yet. We are working on some fairly major mods for FP6 at the moment, and with the time we have left will draw up the shortlist of client requests to see what we can get done. So we're still open for requests for FP6 for a month or so and then will be closing the list so we can get the code done.

Your wish is our command   we're just finishing the code for this so it'll definitely be in FP6.

Hi there, just a few ideas that i think would make it much quicker and easier,

1) When you go to add new purchases you have to drag and drop who the supplier is, this takes time and also have to sometimes rearrange the windows on the screen.

I think that it would be better if, maybe keep what you have, but to have a text box below/above where it say's drag supplier here, in this text box you could just type in the name of the supplier, maybe even autofill, this could knock off alot of time especially if you have a large number of orders to add into stock.

I have just tried something out which might be of intrest to other uses, you can click on suppliers and the right click the supplier you want and then click raise purchease order.

It would also be quicker if when you have your purchase order window open if you could just scan in the EAN number as option.

2) On the EPOS screen it would be good if you could lock it, as in only being able to use the EPOS and not being able to come out of it without a password.

Thanks Ste, we have been looking at ways to improve the speed and ease of adding suppliers and customers to purchases and orders respectively. Hopefully this will make it into our next feature pack.

This too is similar to a feature we're currently looking into.

Any chance of knowing which features are definately in FP6? Trying to decide which accounts package to use IE: Sage and want to make it as seamless as possible to integrate best solution.

Would welcome feedback and rough idea of FP6 release date?

We've finished all the major FP6 stuff and are hammering through as many smaller mods as we can.

Can't say how much we will manage to get finished before we go for the release, but hopefully will be within the next 4 weeks.

We won't have Sage integration for FP6, but we are working on this as a task for a separate client so we will have the code to do this soon. Will be exporting data to Sage, so it won't be true integration. But there will be a facility to export data from Easify and import it into Sage.

Could we have a 'Date Opened/Created' visible on the Order Screen please? We don't always capture all the information required to invoice a job and might well move it between users to do so. When you then 'open' the Order from the LHS you see the detail but not an indication of how much time has elapsed since the Job was created.

Hi Peter, can you clarify this one for me please?

By 'Date Opened/Created' do you mean the date the order was created? We have a Date Raised indication on the billing tab if so?
