Thanks for the reply on this, is there any chance of putting in a temp box in say the product area that you can manually put in the qty on order & Date and a button to press it to add them to stock and reset it. And then show it in orders product how many are on order, this way stock that is on order could also be allocated
In the future if you where going to look at this it would be going to tie it up with the relevant manufacturer order and also have the facility to show any on back order
Also are you going to have a look at the products needed for stock section, the report works of the qty in stock but you can find a have a lot of them already allocated so may need to order more to fulfil orders
Like the new updates though and label printer printed loads off yesterday with no problems.

I must admit that the custom ordering of columns in the products tab when editing an order is not high on our priority list at the moment. Although we do have a review item for this and it will more than likely make it into a future version, but I do not know when this will be.

I have added this to our feature request system as "Ability to allocate stock that is on order".

Hello. 10 years passed since below request to select all items and apply 'delivered' to all of them. but it is still the manual entry for each line.. I have orders of 100+ products and really cannot understand why it is so complicated to add tick boxes (with select all option) and apply to all function. Please speed-up with this deployment. thanks

Hi, You've been able to do this for quite some time now. If you upgrade to the new version of Easify which can be downloaded on our website, you will be able to move an order an order to Complete and this will automatically mark all the lines as Delivered (as long as the products have been allocated).

No, you have to manually allocate the stock. However if you add the products and then close the order by clicking ok. When you reopen it, it will ask if you wish to allocate any available stock to the order. If you have lots of lines of products on the order, this might save some time.
