Is there a better way to add stock quantity?
Currently I open the product, select 'stock levels' and take note of the current number.
I then have to do a calculation of what that number should be if I add x amount of new stock.
Then amend the stock level to show the new figure.
Is there a way to just enter the number of new stock entering the system?

Currently you have to enter the full stock qty, there isn't a feature to add the extra stock to the existing stock level.
If you use the purchasing system to raise purchase orders and book stock in with it, it will automatically add the correct incoming amount of stock to the product.

Thank you for this. I have not yet looked into the purchasing system but it sounds like I should be using it.
In the latest version (V5) we have a new Purchase Receiver window that allows you to book in stock with a barcode scanner or on the keyboard.
