Stock value issue

Hi, Please can you help?

I am trying to get a report of the total value of stock but I am getting numbers that do not make sense.

I have one category that is showing as having a value on the Total Value of Stock Report, even though I have put all stock levels to zero.

I have also unchecked 'enable stock control'.

If I filter the category in question using the 'only show in stock products', all products disappear to indicate that I have successfully removed all stock. But if I run the value report, it shows a value for what is supposed to be there?

Hi, it's worth checking the discontinued products to see if any of those have items in stock. You can select to show Discontinued products on the top menu on the products window and then sort by stock levels to see if any are in stock - discontinued producsts show in grey.

Yes it is worth checking here, this is my problem.

Can I ask what happens to a product if I select 'yes' to 'published' ?

When you Publish a product what happens depends on how Easify is setup.

If you have Easify connected to your website using the Easify WooCommerce Plugin publishing a product will cause it to be uploaded and synchronised with your website.

If you aren't using eCommerce then publishing a product will just make it appear in the Price List report.

Is it possible to change the design / font size of the Stock Take Report?

The standard font size is quite large and does not hold many items to a page.
