[SOLVED] - Can't update payment for Easify subscription
If you get this error when updating the payment for your subscriptions:
Could not update payment method.
Payment method token does not belong to the subscription's customer.
It will be because you are logged in under a different username to the login that originally paid for the subscriptions.
For security reasons, the payment provider (i.e. bank) links the payment token to the specific username who paid for the subscription when it was originally set up. We are unable to change this. You will have to log in under the original username or re-purchase the subscriptions.
