my suppliers sell some products in packs of 5, 10 and 25 with a single SKU. The packs are then broken up into single items and sold. How can I configure the system to deal with this situation?
This becomes even more relevent when working with the stock required report. The system thinks that I need to reorder 5 single products when I only need 1 trade pack of 5.
Hope that I explained myself, any ideas?
If you always sell the items as singles (each) then best to create a single product for it.
If you sell the product in packs then you can create a separate product in Easify for each pack size (they can all have the same supplier SKU).
When purchasing you would need to manually decide what qty pack to purchase in depending on how many you need.

Yes that helps a lot thanks. I am trying to establsih how our systems will work and I don't want to go ahead all gung-ho missing a critical part.
