Orient BTP R880NP PRINTER PROBLEMS

Since upgrading to v4 it now takes about 10 seconds to display the documents to print screen and a further 10 seconds for the receipt to print. is there any way to speed this up?

Also the receipt its self is not centered so i have a large gap of paper at the top and it cuts out the bottom information. any help would be much appreciated!

Can you tell me what paperwork you're printing at the POS?

Is it a receipt from a thermal receipt printer, and an A4 document sent to an inkjet or laser printer for example?

Can you go to the Tools menu in Easify Pro, select Options and then Point of Sale.

If the Enable Advanced Print Options option is ticked, un-tick it and see if that helps.

Hi Richard I have unticked and it has made no difference still long delay before printing.

Could you take a video on a smartphone of clicking the button and then showing what you see on the screen, and then the receipt printing so we can see exactly what you're seeing and also determine how long it's taking? It doesn't need audio, just the visuals.
