[SOLVED] - Could not build list of orders - There is an error in XML document
When you try to open the Easify Main Orders & Quotes Window you get the following error:
Could not build list of orders - There is an error in XML document
The error may be followed by a pair of numbers in brackets.
This can be caused if a special non printing character was copied and pasted into the customer details from the internet e.g. from eBay or WordPress etc...
To resolve the issue, open the most recently added customers and check their names and address fields for invalid characters. These usually appear as a small square symbol.
Replace any invalid characters with a space and save changes to the customer.
When saving make sure you click the Options button when prompted to save changes and tick the "Also apply changes to this customers existing orders and quotes" tick box.
