Reconciling your accounts
With the introduction of MTD (Making Tax Digital) in April 2019 we will be introducing a reconciliation feature in Easify as it’s good business practice to reconcile your accounts before filing your VAT return.
This will allow you to check your bank statement against Easify to make sure you haven’t missed any income or expenses. Here you will also be able to add any interest you have received on your savings and any interest and bank charges you have incurred.
The reconciliation code is going through it's final stages of testing and bug fixing and we will be releasing it as part of a free upgrade as soon as possible.
