Document view function error?
Common error when I click on customer in 'customers' screen or when trying to e-mail an invoice get this error numerous times? Any ideas?......

Have you got a series of full stops in the order comments? If so these are what will be preventing the path from working correctly, as we use the order comments as part of the DMS folder name.
The code should replace any invalid file path characters with spaces automatically, so will check this out in the office tomorrow to make sure it's working with full stops.

Yes Richard, I have been using a series of dots in the order comments field, should I avoid this?

Just checked on my system and dots in the order comments work fine. When the folder is saved to the DMS the dots get stripped out and the folder path doesn't contain any invalid characters.
Could you tell me exactly what you clicked just before you get the screenshot that you posted? Looks like you opened the order from the order history tab of teh main customers window, did you click anything once the order was opened if so?
Also can you browse to the path in teh error message - \\KL-SERVER\Users\Documents\Customers\Exclusive Cars (Northants) Ltd etc... and see whether the folder whose name begins "118251" exists?
