Upgrade installation failed

I have just tried to upgrade from v4.48 to the latest version.

The installation unpacked correctly but then gave an error that said it was unable to upgrade the server. The server manager showed that the server had been stopped successfully.

Hi Adrian,

Sorry for the delayed response.

You have an Easify Cloud Server so you don't need to upgrade the Easify Server at your end.

If you'd like us to upgrade your Easify Cloud Server to the latest (V4.57) please let me know when would be best for you and we can do the upgrade.

You would only need to upgrade the Easify Pro Client at your end.

No, I don't have a cloud server. The server is running on the same machine as the client

Hi Adrian,

Sorry, my mistake.

The usual cause for a failed Easify Server upgrade would be having either Easify Pro or Easify Server Manager open while running the upgrade. Please make sure these are not running and try the upgrade again.

If that fails, please email a copy of the EasifyV4Setup.log file which can be found in your temp folder - C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Temp to support@easify.co.uk
