Hi, We recently noticed a lot of our stock counts were off. we put this down to an administrative error and carried out a full stock take.
Since then we have notice its happened again, the items seem to massively decrease for example from 800 to 200 or even a lot of the time to 0.
is there anything that could be causing these as its a big issue.

What version of Easify are you running? You can tell this by looking at the lower left corner of the main Easify window.

I would recommend upgrading to the latest version V4.48 as there have been a number of changes to the stock control system since V4.39.1.
