Adding "hours"

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to add hours to a job but keep getting an error message:

Date/Time value not recognized. Correct format is dd/mm/yy hh:mm

I have tried to input the following: 15/09/17 15:30

I have tried changing the year to 2017 as this is what is shown in the "help" section on the website but that doesn't work for me either.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong it's driving me crazy! lol

I would check your Windows regional settings in the Windows Control panel to make sure your computer is set to use UK style date formats. It's possible that your PC is set to a non-UK date format which would be why it isn't happy with 15/09/17 15:30 which should work fine.

Re: Adding "hours"

Oh, another thing - make sure you enter a start date and a finish date before clicking Ok.
