Hi Andy, no problem. We will check a few things at our end and get back to you ASAP.
Regards - Richard (Easify Developer)
We found an issue with an update we recently did to the cloud server in preparation for the eBay connector mods. This broke the existing WooCommerce code so we've backed out the changes and normal service will be resumed.
The full order should have come through to you now.
If you have any partial copies of the order that have come through, please open them in the Orders & Quotes window and set their status to Cancelled so they no longer show on your system.

Hi Andy,
All should be good now. It seems a bug had crept in as a result of us backing out a recent change to do with the eBay connector work.
There is nothing showing as being stuck in the queues, so you may need to get the orders to re-send from WooCommerce.
In WooCommerce you can resend an order to Easify by opening it in WooCommerce and change its status to On Hold and save changes. Then move the order back to "Processing" in WooCommerce and save changes.
This will trigger the order to be re-sent to your Easify Server.
