This is most likely caused by interference by Anti Virus software, I would recommend temporarily disabling your anti-virus software during the installation.
Also, could you email a screenshot of the setup window where it is stuck to support@easify.co.uk.
And if you could also email us a copy of your setup log files which can be found in your temp folder - C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp
Please send us the following:
- EasifyV4Setup.log
- EasifyV4BootStrapper.log
