Hi Steve,
Easify was initially designed for this scenario so it will handle it very well for you.
You can create a quote for each job you get in and record notes against the quote. Add products and services to the quote as required and if the customer decides to go for it, change the quote to an order with a couple of clicks.
You can amend products on the order at any time and keep continual notes as you go.
When you want to work on the job, you can print a job card that contains all the products on the order and also any internal notes that have been added.
Easify will help you track your jobs, manage your stock and help with your accounts at the end of it.
