Hi Andy, it seems that some subscriptions are expiring a few days before they are due to renew. I have extended your expiry date so it should work now.
We're working on a fix for this so it shouldn't be a problem in the future.

Hi Andy, have added a week onto the expiry date, so should be ok from here.
Were still trying to get to the bottom of the problem, but you should be ok now.
