Hi, I operate a retail facility at a tennis club and use Easify to manage my stringing. stock inventory and my point of sale.
To promote my business I give out gift vouchers as competition prizes. Is there a way I can use Easify to record and monitor the redemption of the certificates against goods and services I supply??

The easiest way to achieve this would be to create a product for each gift voucher, set its cost price to 1p and set the retail inc VAT price to the value of the voucher.
On the Stock Levels tab of the product details, de-select the Enable stock control checkbox.
Then in the point of sale when someone uses the voucher, add it to the sale, select it and press the Returns button (F7). This will make the voucher amount negative and its value will be subtracted from the order total.
The voucher will then appear on the receipts and invoices, and you will be able to run reports to see how many were redeemed in a period.
