help with bar code

trying to price out some labels with barcode using a ql570 and it print out bar code ok but it print out

;!?<@?

any help

It sounds like an issue with the printer itself.

Try printing a barcode label to an inkjet printer, or to the Microsoft XPS Printer (or to Microsoft OneNote if you have it installed), see whether the problem happens on all printers.

Are you using the built in barcode price label, or is this a new label that you have designed?

build in one but it did'nt work so it not the same now is there a way to get the orginal back

As it happens we've thought of that... If you open the Paperwork Designer, click the "Import Document from File" button in the top left of the paperwork designer window, and browse to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Easify\Client\Paperwork Designer\Originals" you will find all the original paperwork items saved as a backup of the original.

If you import the "Price Label 50mm x 25mm.rep" file it will re-instate the original price label.

If you go here https://www.easify.co.uk/Help/paperwork_designer_advanced_field_formatting and scroll down about half way there is some info about working with barcodes.

it works on the other computer on both printer so it look like my computer has has the problem.

It sounds like an issue with the specific computer. Does it still work on the other computer?
