Go into the Easify WooCommerce plugin settings and enable logging as described here - https://www.easify.co.uk/Help/ecommerce_woocommerce_plugin_troubleshooting#plugin-logging.
When logging is enabled, open the order in WooCommerce and change the order status to on hold (save the changes) and then change it back to Processing, again saving the changes. This will cause the order to be resent to Easify and the log files should show where the problem is.

Thanks for sending the log file over.
I've identified and fixed the problem on our Cloud API Server and the order should have now appeared in Easify at your end - it is no longer queued for delivery on our API server and appears to have been successfully sent to you.
All being well, I would recommend going back into the Easify WooCommerce plugin settings in WordPress and turn off logging so that you don't generate a huge log file.
Logging will log a huge amount of data, so best to only turn it on when you need it.

The system will keep re-trying until the order gets through. There's nothing showing in our Easify Cloud Server queue, so the order should have come through now.
