Hi
Does anyone print barcode shelf labels from Easify, if so do have any tips or advice?
I was hoping to be able to generate and print the barcode label direct from Easify but I'm struggling to do so
So far I can get the barcode to be generated on an A4 sheet as a PDF document.
Do you have the dimensions/sizes of the barcode labels the system produces? The only solution I can think of is to buy A4 sheet labels, but not sure on the size

For label printing we recommend buying a dedicated label printer such as this https://www.easify.co.uk/Store/Details/188. This printer can take a wide variety of label sizes.
You can design your own labels in the paperwork designer, the size of the label can be set in the paperwork designer (see the section 'Page Setup' here https://www.easify.co.uk/Help/paperwork_designer_toolbar_reference. When using a dedicated label printer, you should set the label size in Easify to be the same as the size of the labels you are printing to.
Easify will print the labels directly to your printer when you select Print from the Product menu. If you create a new label in the Paperwork Designer make sure you assign the new label to at least one print menu. See here - https://www.easify.co.uk/Help/paperwork_designer_menu_editor. This allows you to choose which Easify menus your label can be printed from.
The Easify Label printing system is not designed for use with A4 sheets of labels, it prints one label at a time to a dedicated label printer which is faster and more economical than using A4 sheets.
