Hi Davina, and welcome to the forums! 
The company name that you enter in Easify when you install for the first time is only used internally by Easify and there is no way of changing it (yet).
We are releasing a new version of Easify soon with multi-company support where the company name is used, but even then it's only used as a description when choosing which company to load.
