Hi, I'm currently trialling the software and cannot understand why you have to enter a comment for every line item that is added to an order? Surely the product description in most cases should be enough?
Can this be changed so it is optional, or is there anywhere a default value for comments can be added to save time when entering orders?
Order line items are optional. You do not need to enter a comment for each line item added to an order.

Thanks John, I hadn't realised there was a single order comment box that is the required field.
