Customising Receipt?
Hi there, not sure if I'm posting in the correct section so please move if you need to.
I am currently using the 30 day free trial to evaluate Easify before making a decision on an EPOS system for our 20+ branches, so far I have been very impressed with the quality and ease of use of the system - well done!
One question I do have is to do with the customisation of the receipt that is given to the customer. The nature of our business allows for the customer to leave a deposit, whilst that function is already included and the receipt shows the deposit paid it doesn't show the deposit on the final receipt when returning to pay the balance.
For instance Customer X places an order for £159 and leaves a £50 deposit, The receipt produced on the first visit shows the goods @ £159 and a Deposit Paid of £50 - great, but on returning to collect and pay the balance the receipt shows the goods at the original price £159 and amount paid is £109. There is no mention of the previous £50 deposit (even though the sale is logged against a customer), this may cause confusion for the customer and probably our staff. Ideally the deposit would be included on the final receipt (as it does on the screen).
Also having some or all of the customer details printed on the receipt would be helpful - are these two things possible within the current release?
