Can anyone tell me how to produce a 'sanitised' document? We assemble components into finished products and need to list the individual components used (but not their individual prices) and would like to show an overall price for the finished article.
In the Paperwork Designer select Invoice or Quote and then click the Copy button.
Then select the copied document and remove the price elements from the Details 1 section, rename it Sanitised Invoice / Quote.
N.B. you may need to click on the "Choose which menus this report will appear under..." button make sure it appears under the Order Details print menu. Also check the "Choose which users have access to this document..." has your user account checked, otherwise you won't be allow to open the document.

Cheers John - All sorted. Can you tell me how to have the invoice/quote totals at a fixed position at the bottom of the document as opposed to the default floating position?
