is there a way to invoice a complete order without haveing to clic on to each item in the order

If you are referring to having to change each line item to 'delivered' status in order to manually complete an order in the Orders and Quotes screen. Then yes, only if you are not in Automatic stock control mode.
We've got a review item raised for this and it will be changed in a future update.

The work we did for version 4 was about changing the engine of Easify rather than the way it works when you use it.
This feature request remains a popular one and I've just made sure it is on our review list for the next few rounds of development.
