Error when posting internal notes

Hi there, when I post an internal note I get an error saying that there was a problem connecting to the server. I have entered my email address where I thought it should go....any ideas on how to help?

As long as you have entered the correct information here, "Tools > Options > General > Email", you will not get this issue. You can obtain this information from your email provider.
