I just start with demo version, however I believe I checked all options already, and information on the website and I can't find two things:
1. Input text field for customer's VAT number
2. Where is area to place information about our company, bank accounts act. Do I need to create it manual to each kind of report???
If you wish to add additional text fields to paperwork, you should add text boxes to the header or footer.

If you wish to store your customer's VAT number, we'd suggest using the customer notes section, or a field you are not using in the customer record.

Yes this is possible.
The Customer record's Notes field can be added to customer based paperwork.
