New User...just need it simple!
Hi, I have just downloaded the 30 day trial.... Basically I need a program that keeps a record of stock levels, updates after a sale and can print an invoice.
This program seems to do the first two fine and I am in the process of adding products, I have imported my customer database BUT I am finding it complicated to do an invoice...
I currently use , and have done for 3 years, NCH Express Invoice.....this is nice and simple but doesn't keep stock levels which is the main reason for change.
We do all of our business over the internet so do not have a cash till nor need the function for one, most orders are online or over the phone.
All I do at present is check my emails, use express invoice to create invoice and then print receipt....if it is an account customer, it keeps a record until I mark it as paid.
How can I use easify to do a simple invoice when I get an order via phone or email.....we have very little walk in customers so have never used an epos type package or till.
looking forward to a reply as getting frustrated trying to do a test invoice with no luck
