Re: Can you print 4 labels on a sheet with label designer
Yes it is possible to print four in one using the Label Designer, you just create a label that is A4 sized:
420 mm x 594 mm
Then just add the components that make up your labels, four times, one for each label.
Here's one I made earlier that repeats the product description six times.
Your DataMax e4203 looks like a standard label printer, Easify has been setup to work with most label printers but we can only guarantee and fully support label printers we have supplied. The best way to find out if it works with Easify is to install it on a computer with Easify install, making sure after the install that the label printer can be seen in Windows 'Control Panel > Devices and Printers'. If you can see your printer in the control panel then go to 'Reports > Label Designer' select a label from the left navigation panel, then make sure the 'Default Printer' is set to your label printer. Then try and print a label.
In some label printer models you may need to go to 'Control Panel > Devices and Printers' right click on the printer and select 'Printer Properties'. In here you can find all the settings specific to your printer, having the wrong setup in here can cause Easify to not print correctly, so you may need to tweak some settings in there to get it right.
If in doubt or this sounds too complex, you can go for the easy option and purchase one of our recommended label printers as we can remotely set it up for you and provide free support during its warranty period.
