Problem running update

Hi,

I followed previous info on running a second client PC, only to discover they aren't compatible due to my server PC being on an old version of Easify (not connected to the www)

I went ahead and connected the till pc to the internet to run updates, I think it is 3.54 ish, I run the update installer and it says it can't copy certain of the files files, one of which being easify.exe.

Any ideas?

Nevermind.................

I tried it again and it ran with no faults!  

All sorted and running a 30 day trial on my client laptop to test things before purchasing second license

Sounds like you tried to run the installer / updater while having Easify open (if you have the database compatibility message open, this still constitutes having Easify open).
