Thank you very much for FP7!

For future requests would add:

1. Automatically self numbered name when saving Invoice (pdf), now I enter number each time manually for each Invoice when save.

2. Would be great to have ability change product status to delivered just with ticking one box in orders and quotes. If I have to sell a lot of products at one time it's not convenient to change status to delivered each time manually for each product, it takes a lot of time. There is good function for this in Purchases to change product status to Received, it would be great to have similar in Orders for Delivered.

I'll raise this as a feature request, although I don't think we'll have the time to add this in for the next two feature packs at least. It sounds like a good idea from the outset so we'll review it when we get a chance

This is already on our feature request list, we hope to be able to add this feature into one of the next feature packs, more likely FP9 at the moment.

You're welcome 

1. Not sure I understand, in the current version (V3.63) when the system saves invoices to the document management system (DMS), it names them as the order number e.g. "Invoice 123555.pdf", if you save another invoice to the DMS it will be numbered, e.g. "Invoice 123555(1).pdf", "Invoice 123555(2).pdf" etc...

2. This feature has already been added to our list. I hope it'll be reviewed for one of the next feature packs.

Dear John,

That's surprising me   Where is the secret?! . I've tried to save for different locations, to my HDD and for Dropbox as well. The same empty box all the time. In my order I'm going to print option, then choose print Invoice, print my Invoice out and save the same time to my Doc-s folder. Is there any other way(probably problem is on there)?

Oh John sorry,

Just found my problem, if I press Save As button, it offers me manual numbering. If I just press button near Save Invoice it saves it in right DMS location. Sorry! Just the 2nd future request stay

I must admit that the custom ordering of columns in the products tab when editing an order is not high on our priority list at the moment. Although we do have a review item for this and it will more than likely make it into a future version, but I do not know when this will be.

Thanks John- really good to hear that peoples suggestions are being used to make this an even better programme!  

Can I just ask if its possible when creating delivery notes to have a column to for 'items to follow', if you don't have all items in stock at that time? If its not, can I add it to my suggestions.....
