duplicate entry

Morning

I am showing a duplicate entry issue

with the same invoice number ,name and total

it has also increased the total sales by the same amount

uploader does not allow me to attach file to show you

"The extension docx is not allowed."

is this a reported bug or operator error

is there a way that you can check

Could you give us some more context please, I'm not quite sure what you are describing.
