I would like to personalise my printed receipt
is it possible to change the Easify logo for receipts
C:\Program Files\Easify\images\EposReceiptLogo.bmp
I have tried to edit the Easify logo to replace the existing one
unfortunately access is denied when I try to save the changes
is there a way around this

Hi BeeBox,
In order to get permission to edit this image file, you will need to open your paint programme as an administrator. To do this find the paint programme through the start menu, right click the icon, then select 'Run As Administrator'.
Now when you go to save it will not give you a permission error.

You changed the printer for the receipt printer?
Now you are or aren't getting an error message?
