Hey folks
I click reports > finance > customer statements and I get a template but no customer data. I am unable to find a way of making a report specific to an individual customer. Am I missing something here or doing something wrong? Grateful for any assistance.

Could you send us a backup copy of your database, we can then test for this in our lab and advise you from there?

I have taken a look and the reason you aren't getting any results is because you don't have any orders that are Invoiced, Unpaid and have an active order status.
