Hi Andy, you will need to save as CSV (comma separated value) with the first row containing the column headers.

Hi All
not sure but still not load come up with not a valid csv or tab file
Andy
Hi Andy, have you saved your spread sheet as a CSV (Comma delimited) file?
If you have, other things that can stop a CSV from being imported are large amounts of text in particular columns. As a test I'd suggest deleting certain columns from your CSV file and see if it gets past the error message.

hi all
now i can import products but there got " before and after " any ideal how to remove them before importing and what program do other use for this i using openoffice org
Andy
Open Office has a spread sheet programme called Calculator that has worked fine for other Easify users. It supports the CSV format that we use to import products and customers into Easify.
To delete products you have imported in error, highlight the unwanted products in the view products windows, then press the delete button on the products toolbar. It will try and delete products but will fail on those that have been used in existing orders.
