hope all is well,
Is there anyway possible to use a cash drawer without a display pole, just that i read on one of your pages or insructions that the drawer connects to the pole display, i dont use a pole display but would love to have cash drawer that will open when i ring up a sale, maybe plug plug it into a usb port or something.

The cash drawer plugs into the receipt printer.
Thermal receipt printers have a socket that you can plug an electronic cash drawer into, when a receipt is printed a special code is sent to the receipt printer that triggers the cash drawer to open.
