A swipe card reader acts like a barcode scanner and keyboard, it enters characters onto the screen when you swipe the card. For example, when you scan a barcode in Easify Point of Sale it will enter the code given by the scanner into the bottom left SKU box and then enters it onto the open order.

If you could generate your own cards with a mag stripe containing the customer's number in Easify, you could open the customer screen and swipe this card which would load the related customer.

There is a customer credit system on Easify, accessed through the customer record and the 'Account' tab, that could be used for this, it shows their current credit state and you can set their credit limit and payment terms. The customer's current available credit is displayed on the Point of Sale 'take payment' screen before you complete the sale and warning will be displayed to the user if the customer will go over their credit limit.
