Under the support section of the Easify website you'll find a 'Live Chat' button, when there are technical staff available to talk to the live chat button will show in green. All you have to do is click on the green button and it'll ask you for your name and email address (optional), then just click chat.
We can answer quick questions regarding the way Easify works and offer free remote support sessions to resolve technical issue with your Easify installation if required
Generally the live chat is manned during office hours (9-5, Mon-Fri).
