It always looks like the pic. And when you run something through the till, the price/description is offset in the same way, will try and get more pics tonight.

This is quite a tricky one to troubleshoot without physically getting our hands on the pole display.
If you would be happy to courier the pole to us and pay the return postage, we'd be happy to get it on the slab here and work out what the problem is FOC.

I have been so busy just running the business, I just dumped the pole display in a dusty corner :-/

Seriously though, we're currently recoding the pole display drivers to use ESC/POS commands which will fix 99% of odd text issues, the new code will be part of feature pack 7 which is about 8 weeks away from release now.
